How do I download a script?

Once you have purchased the script you can either choose to receive your script two ways. The first way is to download it directly from your computer and via our web page. The second is that we can ship you a CD with your script and tons of extras included. Once you have the CD, you can download all your updates via Sgt Scripts.

Do you offer any installation support?

We offer free installation support for the first 7 days. After one week Support is $25.00. (One time fee for type off support. If addition support is needed additional fees will apply.

What is a 'setup code'?

A 'Setup Code is the code to make your script functional. With out the code your script will not work.

The scripts are full websites and e-commerce in one package. The profits you make off of your website are your and yours alone. The only money we earn off of you is the sales price for the product you bought. We do not advertise or make unauthorized profits from your script/website.

Does my server have to have LAME and SOX?

98% of all servers have the program SOX installed. It is a common program for a *nix server. LAME can be downloaded and installed with in 1 to 2 minutes and is very stable to use. You do not have to have these programs to use our scripts. You would only need them to create ringtones via the script. If you do no plan on creating ringtones with one of our script you do not have to. Our scripts comes with two versions; One that create ringtones and one that does not. To find out if your server has these programs, use our compatibility script, located under free scripts.
